Meet Nick
Nick brings 25+ years of quality leadership across clinical and commercial pharma operations. He has led quality organizations, analytical teams, validation groups, supplier quality programs, inspection readiness efforts, and large-scale remediation work.
He has led and hosted 25+ regulatory inspections, including FDA, EMA, ANVISA, and DEA. His strength is creating order when the work is overdue, unclear, or stuck.
Nick is the person you want when the team needs a plan, accountable owners, and enough leadership presence to finish the work.
Meet Jeff
Jeff brings 20+ years leading Quality in high-pressure clinical and commercial manufacturing environments. He has built teams, strengthened quality systems, supported launches, and guided organizations through FDA and global regulatory inspections.
Before Two Pharma Guys, Jeff held leadership roles at Catalent, Ironshore, and Merck, leading quality operations across complex, multi-functional manufacturing environments.
Jeff is known for bringing calm to chaotic situations, aligning teams that are not on the same page, and turning "we're not ready" into a practical path forward.
