Nick doesn’t believe in consultants who sit on the sidelines.With 25+ years in pharma, he has led quality organizations, analytical teams, validation groups, and inspection readiness efforts across clinical and commercial operations. Before co-founding Two Pharma Guys, Nick held senior Quality leadership roles at Ironshore and Catalent, overseeing commercial and clinical manufacturing, validation, pharmacovigilance, supplier quality, inspection management, and large-scale analytical operations.He has led and hosted 25+ regulatory inspections, including FDA, EMA, ANVISA, and DEA inspections — not as an observer, but as the person accountable for the outcome.Nick’s strength is leadership. He builds teams that perform under pressure, develops people to operate at a higher level, and steps in when organizations need clarity, direction, and momentum.His mindset is simple:If it’s stuck, fix it.

Meet Jeff
Jeff has spent the last 20+ years leading Quality in the environments where pressure is high, timelines are tight, and execution matters.
He’s led Quality across both clinical and commercial manufacturing operations, built and scaled teams, and guided organizations through inspections, launches, and complex operational challenges that don’t wait for perfect conditions.
Before co-founding Two Pharma Guys, Jeff held leadership roles at Catalent, Ironshore, and Merck, where he oversaw quality operations across large, multi-functional manufacturing environments. He has led successful FDA and global regulatory inspections, built quality systems from the ground up, and helped organizations move from development into commercial execution.
What sets Jeff apart isn’t just experience — it’s how he leads through pressure.
He’s known for bringing calm to chaotic situations, aligning teams that aren’t on the same page, and turning “we’re not ready” into a clear path forward.

We’ve both spent our careers inside pharma organizations — leading teams, managing inspections, and dealing with the real pressure that comes with getting products to market.
We started Two Pharma Guys because we saw the same problem over and over:
